UPDATE OCT 13TH: Due the wet alleys & lack of volunteers,
the Clean Up Day has been CANCELLED.
We’ll try rescheduling either in the spring or fall of 2017.
We need your help.
The Mount Royal Community Association is organizing a one-day garbage drop-off site & neighborhood clean up on
Saturday October 15th from 10am to 2pm. Volunteers are needed to walk or drive through the neighborhood & pick up abandoned garbage.
This event is run entirely by volunteers.
The more volunteers & trucks we have, the more of the neighborhood we can get cleaned!
We hope to clean the entire neighborhood this year if we have enough volunteers. Volunteering for even one hour would be extremely helpful & greatly appreciated.
There will be huge Loraas bins for garbage. Tires & metal will be recycled.
Please drop off your unwanted computer & electronic equipment (ie. computers, monitors, printers, cameras, phones, DVD, fax machines, wires & cables, audio/stereo equipment, etc…). The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) will recycle & refurbish this donated computer & electronics equipment to give to charities & non profit groups. www.era.ca
