Everybody is invited to attend a FREE outdoor performance by SUM Theater on Wednesday July 5th.

This year’s performance is a Syrian folk tale called “The Woodcutter and the Lion“.

The artistic team is working with some of Saskatoon’s newest residents to celebrate the culture, music, dance & language of Syria. The story follows a Woodcutter who is forced by drought to travel to an island where a dangerous lion lives. A play about courage & friendship, audiences of all ages will love the music & theatricality of this dazzling show.

SUM Theater would like to have a nut free performance in Mount Royal. We ask that audience members do not bring any nuts or nut products to this performance.
