Mount Royal residents are invited & encouraged to attend the AGM.

Come & learn about the Mount Royal Community Association (MRCA), meet our volunteers, share feedback on community issues, & interact with our guest speaker Troy Davies.

MRCA ORGANIZES:

  • affordable classes,
  • a community newsletter,
  • the annual Community Fun Day in June,
  • Citizen Patrol (helps keep the neighbourhood safe),
  • Clean Up Day,
  • maintains the free community skating rink (behind Howard Coad School),
  • shares information on Facebook,
  • acts as a liaison with the City of Saskatoon & the Police on issues affecting the neighbourhood, etc…

Sign up to be a volunteer for the 2019 – 2020 term

A new MRCA board will be elected for the 2019-2020 term. Board members are all VOLUNTEERS who donate their time to organize projects in the community.

Board positions include: president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, program coordinators, event coordinator, communications coordinator, & members-at-large (multiple).

Also Citizen Patrol coordinator & rink coordinator (people are needed to help maintain the ice). Some volunteers sign up to help with events (ie. Clean Up Day), communicate with the schools & other local groups, walk on Citizen Patrol (great exercise), or just occasionally help whenever they have time.

Consider volunteering so you can be a part of making a difference!
Your Community is Worth Your Time!

Refreshments provided. We hope to see you at the meeting!

NEW: Childcare is available for Mount Royal residents attending the AGM.
